With the previous years of declining economy, you will find many homes that are being sold as Short Sales, Foreclosure Auctions, and Real Estate Owned (REO).  There are many steps to buying one of these homes and it will take time. Each sale is different and unique but there is a process that allows these properties to be sold smoothly and efficiently. I have taken on the responsibility to educate myself and acquire the Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation and the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation. This allows me to bring my clients the highest level of service.
